In the Discus, it is the Meagan Womack and Kaitlyn Walker show as they are the top two returners in the state and ended the 2022 season as the top Discus throwers in Mississippi. The dynamic duo from Clinton who are both Mississippi State signees are looking to sweep the MHSAA 6A classification with their impressive throws.
Adding to the excitement in the Discus event are Aryn Eady of D'Iberville and Shaneal Corpuz of Biloxi, who sit at No. 3 and No. 4 in the preseason rankings, respectively. The MHSAA 6A classification is poised for some thrilling competition in the Discus event.
