"My coaching staff and I are pleased with the results that our athletes obtained this past weekend. It gave us a great picture of where we are in our training, and what things we need to work on more to continuously get better. For the most part, we are on pace with our training schedule, and we look forward to seeing what 2023 is going to look like! We will compete again at MLK Invite on January 16, 2023."
