Mississippi Athletes At The Last Chance Saturday

Christian Balcer, East Central on the way to 9:16.07 3200 meters

Session 4

Definitely, the races to watch in Session 4 are Christian Balcer, East Central in the 1600 and 3200 meters. He is running strong and if someone can stay with him we might see a season-leading run. Semaj Pettis, Oxford High could give us some excitement in the 400 and 60. Causey Simmons, Tupelo Christian could ride on Christians tail to as personal record in the 1600 meters. Freshman Carson Kessler, Tupelo Christian will be trying to up his 10'0" personal record in the pole vault.

Session 5

One name and the top Mississippi girls athlete entered in this season, Kennedi Sanders Madison Ridgeland. Madison could be running a top time in both the 60 and 400-meter races. On the boys, side is Jordan Anthony, Tylertown High in the 60-meter dash. The Tylertown by 4X200 could also be a fast race. J.T. Posey, Tupelo High could run a great 1600-meter run. Too bad he was not in Session 4 with Christan Balcer. Brookelyn Morgan, Tupelo High could be the top girls 1600 meter runner here for Mississippi. Look for her to run a possible low 5 minute time.
