Meet Information
After a year off from hosting a meet, we are back! We have reworked our course to create an even better race venue than before! The course is all dirt and grass and therefore spike friendly. Runners will now enjoy some shade as they run through the new wooded section of the course.
Entry Fees: $50.00 per team (varsity and jr. high teams are separate teams as are boys and girls) $150.00 limit per school
$10.00 per individual runner not with a complete school team
Unattached runners-all must be members of a sanctioned school team
Jr. high races 7th and 8th grade only. 6th grade is not allowed to participate.
$5.00 per car parking fee (buses excluded)
PLEASE BRING ENTRY FEES WITH YOU TO THE MEET! Checks payable to TCPS Cross Country
Race schedule will be as follows (times approximate, rolling schedule):
Course walkthrough 7:30 am
Coaches meeting 8:30 am
National anthem 8:55 am
Varsity Girls 1A-3A 5K 9:00 am
Varsity Girls 4A-6A 5K 9:45 am
Varsity Boys 1A-3A 5K 10:30 am
Varsity Boys 4A-6A 5K 11:15 am
Jr. High Girls 4K 12:00 pm
Jr. High Boys 4K 12:30 pm
Team Awards 1:15 pm
Awards: Top 25 finishers in all races will receive high quality dry fit T-shirts. We will give out t-shirts as runners come through the finish chute.
Trophies will be given to the top 2 schools in each race.
