Meet Information
We'd like to invite your school to race on our beautiful yet challenging course for a pre-Labor Day Thursday twilight event! It's a great way to get your weekly race in AND fully enjoy your Labor Day weekend! The course is all dirt, grass, or crushed rock and therefore spike friendly. Pirate Timing will be handling the timing and results.
Please do not arrive before 3:30 pm. It is crowded with school traffic until then.

Entry Fees: $50.00 per team (varsity and jr. high teams are separate teams as are boys and girls) $150.00 limit per school
$10.00 per individual runner not with a complete school team
No unattached runners--all must be members of a sanctioned school team
Jr. high races 7th and 8th grade only. 6th grade is not allowed to participate.
$10.00 per car parking fee (buses excluded)
PLEASE BRING ENTRY FEES WITH YOU TO THE MEET! Checks payable to TCPS Cross Country
Race schedule will be as follows (times approximate, rolling schedule):
Course walk through 3:30- 4:30 pm.
Coaches meeting 4:30 pm
National anthem 4:55 pm
Jr High Girls 1.5 mile 5:00 pm
Jr. High Boys 1.5 mile 5:25 pm
Varsity Girls 5K 5:50 pm
Varsity Boys 5K 6:30 pm
Trophy Presentations: 7:20 pm
Awards: Top 40 finishers in each race will receive high quality dry fit T-shirts. We will give out t-shirts as runners come through the finish chute.
We will split out results---top two teams in 1A-3A and 4A-7A for each race will get trophies.
