1. Brooklyn Biancamano, freshman, Long Beach ran 18:10.70 to win Class 5A State. She ran 17:58.03 over the same course at the MC Watson meet to rank number one overall. She was without a doubt the best overall girl in the state this year.

2. Katelyn Cartwright, Senior, Hernando won Class 6A State for the second time. She ran 19:00.20 at Jesse Owens which ranked her second overall. 

3. Avery Rankin, Eight grade, Hartfield Academy, ran 19:37.37 winning the Class 4A Div II race at MAIS State. Her best time came over the same course at the Rankin County Championships where she ran 19:36.50 which ranked her fourth overall.

4. Julia Stradinger, Freshman, Jackson Preparatory, ran 19:40.64 to win the Class 4A Div I race at MAIS State. This was her best time which ranked her fifth overall.

5. Sloane Vinson, Freshman, Madison Ridgeland, ran 19:41.13 to finish right behind Julia for second place and a sixth place overall.

6. Kaitlyn Elliott, Seventh grade, Hartfield, ran 19:53.53 to finish in second place to her teammate Avery. This placed her ninth overall.

7. Aubrey Britt, Freshman, Loyd Star, won class MHSAA 2A State in 20:00.58. She ranked twelfth overall with this time.

8. Madison Jones, Sophomore, Saltillo placed second to Brooklyn in Class 5A. She had a fine 19:30.90 at her home course which ranked her third overall for the year.

9. Eliza Burnham, Senior, Jackson Preparatory finished third in the MAIS 4A Div I race in 20:09.81. Her overall best was at Jackson Prep where she ran 20:03.56 to rank thirteenth overall. 

10. Laurel Fulcher, Sophomore, Madison Ridgeland finished fourth in that MAIS 4A Div I race with a 20:12.42. This was her best time and ranked her sixteenth overall.
