Jr. Tylar Ross of Ridgeland won the 5A State 800m last year in 2:03.06 and was 3rd in the 1600 (4:44.65).  This year he is the #1 Ranked 6A boys in the 800 with a2:01.59 and the 1600 with a 4:38.57. He is this years MHSAA Region 2-6A champion in the 800 with a 2:05.79 and the 1600 with a 4:43.65.
