*Omari Hampton went on to win the 100m and 200m at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships, as well as setting PR's of 10.7 and 22.1 in the 100m and 200m.

400 Meter Dash

*Miguel Bankston went on to win the 800m at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships, as well as playing an integral role on Clinton High School's 4x400m relay.

800 Meter Run

*Bankston, Casey Wright, among others went on to set the 4x800m relay Mississippi state record of 8:06. Bankston also went on to run 1:55.5 in the 800m during his 2022 Mississippi Outdoor Track and Field circuit. Benjamin Owens of Madison Central HS put down a 1:57.8 for a fourth-place finish at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships

1600 Meter Run

*Jaheim Bridges of Tupelo High School went on to win the 1600m title at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships, as well as a runner-up finish in the 3200m to 2022 Oxford graduate Luke Johnson, now competing for UT-Martin. Taylor Brown, also of Tupelo, placed fifth in the 1600m and third in the 3200m at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships, and Christian Parks played an integral in Clinton High School's state-record 4x800m relay.

3200 Meter Run

*Farren Oberto of Pearl High School, currently coming off a fourth-place finish at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Cross Country Championships, went on to run 10:16.4 and qualify in the 3200m to the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships. Fellow Pirate JaQuavion Bryant eventually went on to win the coveted MHSAA 6A title in Cross Country at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Cross Country Championships. Bryant also qualified in the 800m at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships. Kohl Griffin of Germantown High School went to run 10:15.2 in the 3200m and 16:36.7 in the 5K.

60 Meter Hurdles

*Tylertown's Kendrell Robertson was a workhorse for the legendary 2022 Tylertown High School sprint squad, helping set class and state records in the 4x100m and 4x200m relay. Robertson also secured MHSAA 3A titles in the 110mH and 300mH at the 2022 MHSAA 3A Track and Field Championships, running times of 14.4 and 39.8 in the 110mH and 300mH. Versatile hurdler Javarius Molden of Hattiesburg put down times of 14.5 and 39.2 in the same events, winning the 2022 Mississippi Track and Field Meet of Champions title in the 300mH.

High Jump

*Clinton High School's Maxiumus Littleton went on to jump 6-6 and place third at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships. Tylertown's Henry Hill also secured a bronze medal at the 2022 MHSAA 3A Track and Field Championships

Pole Vault

*Oxford's John Scott Kendricks went on to win his first-ever MHSAA 6A title in the Pole Vault at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships, as well as putting down a mark of 16-8, currently No. 2 All-time in the event in Mississippi High School Boys Track and Field history.

Shot Put

*Oak Forest's Scott White went on to win an MAIS 5A title in the Shot Put, throwing a lifetime best 51-2.5 at the 2022 MAIS Track and Field Championships. White went undefeated his entire junior year in the Shot Put.

Triple Jump

*To add to his bronze medal in the High Jump, Littleton secured a silver medal in the Triple Jump at the 2022 MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships. Marcus Thompson of Pearl got sixth in the same competition.
