Morgan has had an incredible year thus far. She just soloed a 19:05 5k which is currently the overall leading time in the state and has also finished in the top 2 in all 4 of her races this year. She just recently finished runner-up to Jessica Cartwright at Saltillo, and also ran her 3rd sub-20 5k of the season. She's the on-paper favorite heading into this weekend on her home turf but will still have some fierce competition in Gann and Mia Card if she spikes up this weekend.

Although she is unattached and has not raced in a hot minute, Santucci has still had a really good cross country season thus far - Too good for her not to be on this list. Although she has put some down serious track times in the past, Santucci has still surprised me on what she has been able to do this season.
