Week after week, Mississippi's overall cross-country rankings continue to shift as new performances shake up the leaderboard. With fresh times coming in, new names are breaking into the top spots and making their presence known. Each week, we'll highlight the athletes leading the way and track how the state's rankings are evolving.

At the top, Andrew Brown's 15:04 at the Tupelo Invitational puts him as the fastest runner in the state by about forty seconds. 

Behind him, Autry Foster and Joseph Ross finish out the top three with their sub-16 performances.

Jumping up in the rankings is Neshoba Central's Evan Hallford with his 15:58 from the Jesse Owens Classic. Another athlete who has moved up significantly is Graham Vaughan from Oxford, who now sits at 7th overall with a time of 16:05.
