From Myrtle Attendance Center, Ally Murphy came away with the title of the fastest freshman girl. At the Union County Championships, she placed 1st with a time of 19:43. She went on to win the MHSAA 1A State Championship and remained completely undefeated, totaling seven wins. Coming in behind her is Bella Graves from Ocean Springs and Emma Raines from East Rankin. Bella had a consistent season with plenty of top-three finishes and Emma closed her season hard with her strong performance at the Watson High School Classic.
