- Parmer essentially came out of nowhere last cross country season but has not shown any signs of slowing since he burst onto the running scene. He is very consistent, and he will surely be one to look out for in North Mississippi this year if he continues his fitness from track season into cross country. He has finished 2nd at a state championship 3 times in his career but is the favorite in MHSAA 4A heading into this year.
