It looks like there is the possibility of Tupelo Christian's Bounds Simmons to continue the legacy of TCPS taking the individual title, as he has the fastest returning 5k time, the fastest 5k average from last season, and is the top returner from the state meet, as he placed 3rd last year. He is also coming off of a fantastic track season, running times like 5:05 and 11:12 in the 1600m and 3200m as a freshman.
