Pearl started slow this season but has come on and took the lead away from Ocean Springs. It will be close with only a three point difference with Regional meets starting this weekend. Clay Derrick, Oak Grove is ranked number one but his team will be looking to rebuild before they can challenge for that number one team ranking. Lurking in the number five position is Hayden Shows, Petal he has been very low key this season but could contend for the number one individual spot.
