Where big school seem to dominate check out the smaller schools in the top fifteen. Madison Ridgeland (MAIS) in sixth, Choctaw Central (3A) in ninth, Tupelo Christian Prep (1A) in twelfth and Hickory Flat (1A) in fifteenth. If someone wonders why more of the MAIS is not ranked it is because they run 4K instead of 5K and only a few teams have moved up and ran a 5K meet.
