We realize that it is early season and some teams are just getting started. In the MAIS Jackson Prep and Jackson Academy have not competed in a timed meet. Look at Class 1A in MHSAA only 4 teams are ranked. We also know that the MAIS does not compete in the girls 4X800 but they are ranked in the state overlall. We do eliminate that relay in the MAIS rankings. MileSplit Mississippi wanted to see where the teams stack up against each other now. We will do this again at the end of March and look at the differences.
These rankings were calculated by scoring the rankings as a meet. We took the individual rankings and relay rankings and scored them as a normal meet: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
