MileSplit Mississippi Results Hub: Apr 14-16, 2023

The past three days have been a whirlwind of excitement in the world of Mississippi Track and Field, showcasing the incredible talent and determination of athletes statewide. With MSAIS regular season competition winding down and MHSAA Division Meets beginning, MileSplit Mississippi has all the results, articles, photo albums, and top performances that met the MileSplit Mississippi 1st-Team Standard in one convenient location.

Highlights include the stacked MHSAA 4-6A & 3-5A Championships, where the some of the best Jackson Metro areas showed up and showed out. Included in that competition was Grayson Foster's MHSAA 6A-leading 48.79 400m dash, Zharia Bonner's new state-lead in the 100m, Clinton seventh-grader running 59.82 in the 400m, and much more.

We also saw some phenomenal results in the distance events at the MHSAA 1-6A Championships with the likes of Tupelo High School.

In field event action, Sumrall's Heidi Hudson has decided upon the High Jump-Long Jump double (along with the 400m), and Brookhaven's Brodie Ezell is creeping up on the 170-foot barrier in the Discus. The dynamic duo of Meagan Womack and Kaitlyn Walker will certainly be a force to be reckoned with at the upcoming MHSAA 6A Track and Field Championships, and could even have a third point-scorer with the likes of Ruby Romig.

Lastly, we certainly can't leave out Sterling Scott's phenomal jumps performance
