Clinton High School's Meagan Womack opened up her 2022 outdoor season with two more wins to add to more resume in the Shot Put and Discus, nabbing the MileSplit USA Second-Team Standard in both of the throwing events.
In windy conditions, Womack secured an outdoor PR in the Shot Put, throwing farther than her victory mark at the 2021 Mississippi Meet of Champions.
In the Discus, Womack opened up her season with a mark of 30 feet more than last year's season opener.
All in all, this was simply just another day in the office for Clinton's Meagan Womack who continues to roll on from the momentum that she created in her record-breaking indoor season.
