It is still very early in the season, and most of the meets that will have teams qualifying for the All-State Meet are Watson and the State Championships.
However, the other way that a team or individual qualify are for a boy's team to have their 1-5 average faster than 18:40, or for a girl's 1-5 to average faster than 21:40 at Choctaw Trails.
There has only been one meet at Choctaw Trails this year, which was The Opener. At that meet, 5 boy's teams automatically qualified, and 0 girl's teams did - that shows you how deep it was in the boy's race that day.

1. Brookhaven High School - 16:53 avg
2. Pearl High School - 17:37 avg
3. Madison Central HS - 18:23 avg
4. Desoto Central High School - 18:40 avg
5. Germantown High School - 18:36 avg
Again, these are the teams that have AUTOMATICALLY qualified for the Mississippi All-State Meet of Champions.
