On the individual side of things, the story of this meet is none other than Brooklyn Biancamano, who is probably the best overall returner in the entire state this year in cross country. She is coming back with a 17:41 SB from last year, which is well over a minute faster than anyone else in the field in Class 5A. She also hasn't lost a state championship since she was in the 7th grade, and I don't see her losing it her senior year either.
