Jeremiah Dillon, Tylertown overall first place Southern Miss.
In this poll a number of teams were listed for voting and a blank was left for others. In spite of top teams like Clinton, Pearl and Madison Central, all Class 6A teams, it was a Class 3A team that was left off that came in first. Tylertown High received 133 votes far about second place Clinton High with 9 votes. With egg on my face for leaving them off but with great pride I announce Tylertown High as the MileSplit Mississippi most likely to be the top boys 4X100 meter relay for 2021.
What makes their fans so sure? Well looking at the returners for next year they have 2 runners in the 100 meters top ten and one runner in the top ten of the 110 meter hurdles. I am sure that Tylertown has at least one more sprinter/hurdler there that makes them the top choice for 2021. Sorry but I could not find an action picture of a Tylertown handoff in the 4X100 or 4X200.
