In the distance it is rare to see someone with a record other than Brooklyn Biancamano, Long Beach or Cory McGee Pass Christian. However in case we forget there is also Kate Mattox, Starkville High (ocover) who ranks number one in the 3200 meters as a seventh grader. Kennedi Sanders now at Madison Ridgeland is seen all over the record books and she ranks number one in both the 100 meters and 200 meters as a seventh grader running for Madison Central.
