Emma Knight number 0258.
Emma Knight has a 19:13.04 best at 5K. She ran this last year at the Jesses Owens Classic in Alabama. Her first 5K was 20:37.17 in 2012 at the Pepsi XC Challenge also in Alabama. Considering that girls in Mississippi did not start running 5K as a race distance consistently until last year the 1:24.13 improvement is good. Emma could break through this year with another full season of competing at 5k.
