Please Bring Checks to the meet and make the checks out to RCS Cross Country
Cost is $100 per gender for Varsity and $50 per gender for Junior High. ($300 per school if a full team is entered in every division) Schools with incomplete teams under 5 members can pay $20 per varsity runner and $10 per Junior high runner.

7:00 am - 8:30 am will be tent setup and course walkthrough
8:30 am Girls' Varsity 5K
9:15 am Boys' Varsity 5K
10:00 am Girls' JH 3200
10:35 am Boys' JH 3200
Buses will drop athletes off at the IG Levy North address :
then proceed to the Bus parking area.
Most of the course will be on grass and wood chip trails; however, there are a couple of places where the runners cross over asphalt.
