Meet Information
We would like to invite your teams to the Mooreville XC Invitational to be held September 9th, 2023 at the Hussey Sod Farm. With plenty of room to spread out, we hope to have another great turnout this year. We would enjoy having your teams participate as we hope for another great year of Cross Country in our area.
Being predominantly flat, this course provides fast times and makes spectating easy!

Directions:
From the 4-way stop in Mooreville:
Go south 3 miles on HWY 371
Turn left at Andrews Chapel Church (cemetery on the hill)
Sod farm will be 1/2 mile down the hill
(There will be a sign on Hwy 371)
Race Schedule:
Due Heat conditions we have decided to move our meet our race times starting at 8:00 am
7:00-7:45 am Tent set up and Course walk through
7:55 am- National Anthem
8:00 am- 1A-7A Varsity Girls 3.1 Miles
8:45 amo- 1A-7A Varsity Boys 3.1 Miles
9:30 am- 1A-7A Jr. High Girls 2 Miles
10:00 am- 1A-7A Jr. High Boys 2 Miles
10:45 am- Awards
Awards:
Top 15 in 1A-3A Varsity will receive top finisher shirts.
Top 15 in 4A-7A Varsity will receive top finisher shirts.
Top 20 in each middle school race will get race shirts (1A-7A)
Top 2 1A-3A teams in each race will get trophies
Top 2 4A-7A teams in each race will get trophies
Top runner in each race (in their division) will receive a medal
Entry Fees (ONLINE ENTRY ONLY):
$150.00 Max Limit per school.
$50.00 per team (Varsity and Jr. High are separate teams as are boys and girls)
$10.00 per individual runner not with a complete school team.
(No unattached runners- All must be members of a sanctioned school.)
Note: Unlimited entries in each race.
Registration money will be collected the day of the race.

There will be a $10.00 per vehicle parking fee. Please let your parents/fans know of this fee.
