Meet Information
You are invited to attend the 1st annual Bobcat Invitational to be held on Saturday, October 24th in the town of Walnut Grove, MS. We will be having 5k races for Varsity Girls/Boys and 2 mile races for Junior High or JV Girls/Boys. The course is a fast course with an elevation of 7 feet throughout the whole entire course, and the course is primarily on grass/track with a ratio of 80% grass to 20% track. The course itself will encompass the Tuscolameta Trail that runs behind the town hall of Walnut Grove, MS and the surrounding area. No part of the track runs into the highway or public access roads, concessions will be sold, and there will a designated area for parking, spectating, and team tents. The runners can be seen by spectators for the entirety of the course due to it being so open. Pictures of the course will be sent out to coaches as they register.

8:00-9:00 A.M. Course Walk Through
9:00 A.M. Varsity Girls 3.1 Miles
9:45 A.M. Varsity Boys 3.1 Miles
10:30 A.M. JV Girls 2 Miles (if there are very few JV runners, the JV race may be one race)
11:00 A.M. JV Boys 2 Miles
11:30 A.M. Awards
There will be top finisher shirts for the top 5 in each race, including JV races, and a medallion for the top 3 in each race. There will also be a team trophy for the winning team of each varsity race.
There will be conessions, bathrooms, and great viewing for spectators.
Entry Fees:
$50 Per Team (Note: Boys and Girls are seperate teams as are JV and Varsity)
$100.00 maximum fee
