Meet Information

We would like to invite your teams to the Mooreville XC Invitational to be held September 12th, 2020 at the Hussey Sod Farm. We have a lot a room to spread out and ensure we follow the guidelines in place in regard to safety concerns. We are looking forward to another great year and would enjoy having your teams participate.

Being predominantly flat, this course provides fast times and makes spectating easy!

Directions:



From the 4-way stop in Mooreville:

Go south 3 miles on HWY 371

Turn left at Andrews Chapel Church (cemetery on the hill)

Sod farm will be 1/2 mile down the hill

(There will be a sign on Hwy 371)



Race Schedule:



7:30-8:15 Tent set up and Course walk through

8:25 - National Anthem

8:30- 1A-3A Girls 3.1 Miles

9:15- 4A-6A Girls 3.1 Miles

10:00- 1A-3A Boys 3.1 Miles

10:30- 4A-6A Boys 3.1 Miles

11:15- 1A-6A Jr. High Girls 2 Miles

11:45 1A-6A Jr. High Boys 2 Miles



Awards:



Top 20 in each high school race will get race shirts (1A-3A and 4A-6A)

Top 20 in each middle school race will get race shirts (1A-6A)

Top 2 1A-3A teams in each race will get trophies

Top 2 4A-6A teams in each race will get trophies

Top runner in each race (in their division) will receive a medal

Entry Fees (ONLINE ENTRY ONLY):





$50.00 per team (Varsity and Jr. High are separate teams as are boys and girls)

$150.00 Max Limit per school.

$10.00 per individual runner not with a complete school team.



(No unattached runners- All must be members of a sanctioned school.)

Note: Unlimited entries in each race.

Registration money will be collected the day of the race.

There will be a $5.00 per vehicle parking fee. Please let your parents/fans know of this fee.

Restrooms (Port-o-Johns) and Concessions available (Food, drinks, snow cones, etc.)
