Cost: Boys $50.00 and Girls $50.00
Registration: Online at www.coacho.com registration begins Feb 21 and ends Mar 3
2 Athletes per event, 1 relay per team. Athletes may participate in a max of 4 events.
Awards: Ribbons first 3 places and a t-shirt to 1st place. Trophies to the top 3 schools.
Events to be seeded based on marks sent in.
9:00 am Coaches meeting
10:00 am long jump, triple jump, pole vault, high jump, shot put, discus
11:00 am 4X800m relay
1:00 pm 100m H, 110m H, 100m, 4X200m, 1600m, 4X100m, 400m, 300m H, 800m, 200m, 3200m, 4X400m
Concession stand will be open.
$4.00 entrance fee for spectators
Coaches Lunch will be provided
1/8" spikes only
Fully Automatic Timer will be used
