MHSAA Region 1-1A & 5A Track and Field Championships

Admission Fee to Meet is $7.00.
Region 1A:
Biggersville, Falkner, Jumpertown, Thrasher, Ashland, H.W. Byers, Myrtle, Potts Camp
Region 5A:
Center Hill, Lake Cormorant, Lewisburg, Olive Branch, Grenada, Lafayette, Saltillo, West Point
Track meet starts:
12:00 p.m. field events:
Girls Shot Put, Boys Discus, Girls Pole Vault, Boys Long Jump, Girls Long Jump.
12:20 p.m. Running Events:
4x800m relay then the 3200m run 1A only runs the 3200m, 5A runs the 3200m after the 200m dash
12:45 p.m. field events:
Boys High Jump, Girls High Jump, Boys Pole Vault
1:00 p.m.
Girls Discus, Boys Shot, Boys Triple Jump, Girls Triple Jump
All other running events start @ 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. (with a rolling time schedule)
Gates will open at 9:30 a.m. Coaches' meeting will be at 11:30 a.m.
Weigh-ins for shot and discus will be from 11:00-11:30 a.m., scratch time will be at 11:30 a.m.
This is a one day meet. All events are finals no prelims. Top four in each event move on to North State.

Process: Complete the MHSAA Team Roster Form for entire team (including
all possible relay members) and fax to 662-890-3839 or e-mail to
jj.downs@dcsms.org by noon Wednesday April 18, 2018. Please bring entry fees of
$10.00 per athlete to the meet, DO NOT MAIL! Make check payable to Center Hill High
School!
