SITE: Okatibbee Lake Dam, East Bank Area, Collinsville, MS (10 miles North of Meridian, MS off Hwy 19N)

7:30AM Coaches meeting
8:00AM Varsity BOYS 5K (Limit of 10 entries)
8:45AM Varsity GIRLS 5K (Limit of 10 entries)
9:30AM Jr. Varsity Boys & GIRLS (5K) (Unlimited entries)
10:15AM Jr. High 1.6 Mile BOYS & GIRLS (Unlimited entries)
10:45AM Awards
Cost is $120.00 per school TOTAL (Regardless of number of entries or divisions entered)
Separate Small school awards/Large school awards will be considered depending on number of entries received for varsity division ONLY

Divisions: VARSITY 1st 10th Place Individual awards (T-shirts) + 1st & 2nd Place team TROPHY
Jr VARSITY & Jr high 1st 3rd Place awards (T-shirts) NO TEAM AWARDS
Jr High entries must be 7th or 8th graders ONLY!
Runners are to report to the starting line five minutes before the start of each race
Race numbers MUST be on front on jersey! (Name on race bib number MUST match athlete name and school!
ENTRIES:
A school may enter fewer than five runners to compete as individuals,
Varsity boys and girls 5K divisions have a max number of entries of 10 per school
Unlimited Jr. Varsity and Jr. high divisions. Jr high must be 7th or 8th grade ONLY!

REGISTRATION:
1. Check in at the packet pick-up upon arrival (30 minutes prior to race) East Bank pavilion on top of hill
2. Team packet includes: Pins, & Numbers
*Assigned contestant numbers with the school and athletes name printed on the tear-away portion. In order to compete, all athletes will be required to have their assigned number pinned to the FRONT of their jersey.
DO NOT PIN THE TEAR AWAY PORTION TO THE JERSEY!
DO NOT WEAR A NUMBER NOT ASSIGNED TO YOUR NAME/SCHOOL!
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Course is mostly grass (one 4 pavement crossing). Spikes may be used if desired. Lake views along the run and from the finish area. Starting line for all races will be at the bottom of hill along the tree line, and the finish line for everyone is on top of the hill near the East bank pavilion. Course has been re-routed to avoid the steep hill due to washouts on the hill. Course now circles around through the woods and ascends a more gradual hill which comes out on top of the hill and connects to the trail (by the East bank pavilion behind the bathrooms) leading down into the emergency spillway.
First aid tent will be on site, and medical EMT following each race.
Lead four wheeler will lead each race
Rest rooms with running water (no porta johns) and two playgrounds are available for use!
FINISH CHUTE:
Coaches, please instruct your athletes to keep moving through the chute unless stopped by an official, stay in line - in the order of finish according to officials. Numbers will be torn off for placement at the end of the chute. RaceTab or RaceDirector will be used for scoring
UNIFORMS: Wear school issued uniform
CLEAN UP: Please keep the site clean by placing all trash in bags or cans!
