Meet Information
Dear Coach,
We would like to invite you to come and compete in the Wildcat Relays. This is our third season with the new track facility and would like for you to be a part of another special year in Wildcat track and field history. Wildcat Relays will be on Saturday, March 10, 2012. Registration is on www.coacho.com The entry fee will be $45 per team. (Ex Boys High School, Girls High School, Boys Jr. High, and Girls Jr. High = $180) Entry fees will be collected upon arrival and your team will not be able to participate if the entry fee is not paid.
The meet will host both varsity and junior high divisions. This is a relay style meet, but it will be regular meet style in the field events.
We will also run the Super Sprint Relay (SSR) 100, 100, 200, 400. The field events will only be four jumps & four throws with the exception of the high jump and the pole vault events. All field events will be finals.
We will need your help and assistance to make this meet run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We may ask you to help officiate some of the meet.
Good volunteer help is hard to find, but essential for the meets success. Your help will be appreciated and rewarded. There will be a hospitality room for those coaches. Lunch and cold beverages will be served. If needed, coaches (Schools) will be assigned duties of one or two events depending on the number of team entries. We thank you for your help and look forward to working with you.
Pleas take a look at the enclosed meet information. We are sure you will find the schedule very competitive and conducive for high level performances. We will have great team awards and top 3 individual awards for each event. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
