The Clinton High School Girls' track and field team have dominated many events during the 2023 Indoor Track and Field season, and the 60-meter dash is one of them. As the reigning MHSAA 6A Girls Team Champions, the Lady Arrows boast an impressive average time of 7.93 seconds, making them the only Mississippi Girls team to have a squad average of under 8 seconds. This impressive feat is led by the dynamic duo of Tacherria Lawson and Zharia Bonner, who are currently the top-ranked female sprinters in Mississippi.
Close behind is Pearl High School, led by 2021 MHSAA 6A 100m Champion Taylor Stratton. The Lady Pirates have an average time of 8.10 seconds in the 60-meter dash, making them a formidable opponent for any team they face.
