Pictured above is Corshunna Hughes taking the 2021 MHSAA 6A North State Title. Hughes was the top Mississippi finisher at the 2021 Holiday Invitational. The Clinton High School Girl's squad, just like the boys', asserted their dominance once again this past weekend as they won 10 of the 14 events against Mississippi competition. They were led by Hughes, short sprinter Tacherria Lawson who won the 60m dash overall, and a stacked field crew that included pole vaulter Kennedi McCord, triple jump crew Aniya Madkin and Eleanor Scott, and indoor state record holder Meagan Womack.
