Girls 4X200 handoff at USM 2020

This is a chance for folks to see some races that are particular only to Relay Meets.
The distance medley relay (1200m-400m-800m-1600m) is the chance to show off just how much distance strength a team has. This race is unique because it starts with a fairly long leg of 1200 meters distance fans love this event.
The sprint medley relay combines sprints with a middle distance (800m) with the order of 200m-200m-400m-800m it can be an exciting race to watch.
The throwers relay gives those athletes that are usually relegated to the backside of the track or outside the stadium a chance to be center stage running the 4X100m.
The 800 medley relay is not run much but is a true speed event. Going 100m-100m-200m-400m if you blink you might miss the first lap and only see the strong runners in the 400 meters. It is fun to watch and can be very exciting.
Field events are still run at these events so the fans of throws, jumps, and vaults still get to see those.
