For the girls, there were three performances that topped the chart for the Mississippi MileSplit editor this week.
Every time Kennedi Sanders, Madison Ridgeland steps on the track she strives to perform at a top-level. This week was no exception as she clocked 55.77 in the 400 meters at the MLK Classic. Picking which performance was the best for Lenasia Drummond, Hattiesburg High took some thought but it was her 35'8.25 triple jump that got the nod. The third performance was a tough pick but I had to go with Kya Warnsley, Hattiesburg High for her 9'6" pole vault which is her personal record indoors and outdoors.
