Mississippi Boys Athlete Of The Decade Final Round

Two fine athletes are facing off in the track athlete of the decade. Kristopher Moore, Clinton High is up against Lake Spradling, Starkville High. Kristopher had a great year going into the State Meet of his senior year. He was poised to possibly win 3 individual gold plus on relay but was injured in the 100 meter dash and could not compete for the rest of the meet. It is hard on a fan like me to see that happen at such a crucial time. Lake Spradling won both the 3200 and 1600 meters in his senior year and we do not count his cross country career.
