Coaches if you have cancelled your meet please go on Meet Manager and add it to the meet name. Do Not delete the meet name but type in Cancelled. If registration is still open please in Meet Manager again change the close date to yesterday whatever day that is.
If you have teams registered please send out a mass email to all letting them know that the meet is cancelled.
If you have a timer coming make sure you let them know also.
