Jessica Cartwright did not wait long to make her presence know on the Hernando girls cross country team. This young lady ran her PR at the State Championship running 20:35.22 and finishing ninth overall. She has started this year finishing fourth in the 4A-6A division at Myrtle running 20:53. Look for this young lady to match her sister Katelyn Cartwright in times and maybe even pass her in fame.
