Mississippi Girls Returning Indoor Long Jumpers

Tyra Weathersby, Winona got a chance to practice early in the season by competing in Birmingham in the long jump. She managed a 15'6.5" jump to lead returners. She won a State Championship in outdoors with a 17'2" jump. The early season start to jumping could have given her the start to win this championship. Amy Warren, Vancleave jumped 15'0" in the same meet and she jumped 17'3" for her best outdoors in 2017,
