In the reverse to the boys Ocean Springs leads Pearl by 15 point and as usual it leaves it up to that 5th runner to make a difference. Though after the stellar season that Claire Pinter had last year I look for her to make a big move in Cross Country.

It is going to be interesting in Class 6A this season.

In the girls 27 out of 32 Class 6A schools have at least 5 returning runners to be ranked.
