Meet Information
This is a middle school meet for our east central pod in District 4. There is a full event list. You may enter 2 athletes in each individual and 1 relay team per school except throws(4) and pole vault (unlimited) There will be trophies awarded for the first place teams. The meet will be timed and posted on MIlesplit.

100 HURDLES- 5:30- 5:50(will start at conclusion of field events except pole vault)
100M DASH- 5:50 -6:00
4X200 RELAY 6-6:15
1600 RUN - 6:15-6:30
4x100 RELAY 6:30-640
400M DASH 6:45-6:55
300 IM HURDLES 7-7:15
800MRUN -7:15-7:25
200M DASH 7:25-7:35
4X400 RELAY 7:35-7:50
