MEET: 2025 WLXC Invitational

INVITED: Only MHSAA and AHSAA teams allowed (per district requirement)

DATE: Thursday, September 25, 2025 (Coaches Meeting 4:00/ Races 4:30 - 6:00)

LOCATION: Okatibbee Lake Dam, East Bank Pavillion (8490 Okatibbee Dam Rd, Collinsville, MS 39325)

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Okatibbee Classic 2 Mile and 5K Course will be used for this race. 2 mile Course is mostly grass. 5K course includes approximately .5 miles pavement (runners have option of running in grass on side of road). Spikes may be used if desired. Pavilion area at the East Bank Park used for registration, start, finish and awards.

ORDER OF EVENTS:

4:00 PM Coaches Meeting

4:30 PM Middle School 2 Mile (Boys and Girls Combined)

5:00 PM HS Boys 5K

5:30 PM HS Girls 5K

6:10 PM Team and Individual Awards

[Note: Races will be started immediately following previous race. HS Boys race will be limited to 30 minutes, HS Girls race will be limited to 40 minutes due to time constraints)

ENTRY FEE: $50 PER SCHOOL MAX or $10 per athlete ($50 max). Make Checks Payable to West Lauderdale High School.

ENTRY INFO: Please enter online by Monday, September 22, 2025 (midnight).

SPECTATOR INFO: No charge for spectator entry. Please be mindful to drive slow and not park on the course.
