Meet Information
This meet is open to all teams. The registration fee is $75 per team (boys and girls are separate teams) with a $150 maximum per school or team. Unattached runners will be $25 each. If a team runs a varsity boys' AND girls' team, they will have no fees for the MS or elementary races.
The schedule will be:
Elementary (mixed) 1-mile - 4 PM
Girls MS 2-mile - 4:20 PM
Boys MS 2-mile - 4:50 PM
Varsity Girls 5K - 5:20 PM
Varsity Boys 5K - 5:50PM
T-shirts will be awarded to the top 10 finishers in the Varsity 5K races
A 1st place trophy will be awarded for the varsity races.
There will NOT be water at the finish line. Teams MUST provide their own water.
The event will be held at Lake Shore Trails (old USM Van Hook golf course) The address is 276 Classic Dr Hattiesburg, MS. Buses will park and unload on Classic Drive. There will be UTV's available to assist teams in hauling gear to the team tent area.
Payment will be made on race day at packet pick up under the big green Forerunner's tent.
There will be a $5 CASH charge for parking. Please advise your parents of the $5 parking fee
