Meet Information
Meet will be held at Farris Park in Morton, MS (there is not an address for the park just type in Farris Park Road Morton MS 39117). Cost will be $75.00 per team for Varsity and JV or $200.00 max per team. This course will be mostly grass while a small amount of road running. There will be designated areas for parking and tent setup. There will also be a fun run for any spectators that are attending the race. Parking will be $5.00 per car.
There are a few places where athletes cross public access roads, concessions will be sold, and there will a designated area for parking, spectating, and team tents. The runners can be seen by spectators for the entirety of the course due to it being so open. Pictures of the course will be sent out to coaches closer to the meet day.
Medallions for the top 3 in each race will be awarded. There will also be a team trophy for the winning team of each varsity and JV race
There will be a 30 min. time limit on each race.
Entry Fees:
$75 Per Team (Note: Boys and Girls are separate teams as are JV and Varsity)
$200.00 maximum fee
