 STARKVILLE, Miss - A pair of top-five individual performances led the Colonel women's squad to their second consecutive runner-up finish and the men's side finished sixth as the Nicholls State University men's and women's cross country teams continued to show progress at the Mississippi State Invitational on Saturday.

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Sparked by four runners finishing in the top 25, the Louisiana Tech men's cross country team posted a runner-up finish in the Mississippi State Invitational Saturday morning in Starkville. Nate Davis led LA Tech with a 12th place finish, running the 8k race in 26:56.
