Region 4 - 5A--George County, East Central, Gautier, Vancleave, Picayune, Long Beach, West Harrison, Pearl River Central
Bus parking is the lot closest to Gill Martin Stadium.
Team and Spectator seating will be located on the Home (West) side of the track.
Team areas are in the visitor bleachers on the east side of the stadium.
Restroom Facilities will be available on the home side of the stadium.
Concessions will be available.
Admission $5.00 at the gate or through GoFan
Entry Fee: $10 per athlete. Top four participants from each event will qualify for south state meet. In the field events each competitor shall receive 6 attempts in the throws and horizontal jumps.
Athletes may throw or jump out of order to accommodate participation in multiple events.
Athletes competing in field events should check in at the field event
Warm - ups for running events will be on the football practice field behind the east side of the stadium.
Only coaches will be allowed on the infield
NO coaches or players will be allowed in the check in area or near the scorers tent.

2:40 First Calls for Field Events. Implement Check--ANY ILLEGAL IMPLEMENTS WILL BE IMPOUNDED AND ONLY RETURNED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE THROWING EVENTS
3:00 Field Events and 4x800m Relay will begin

Running events will begin at the conclusion of all field events:
**If there are multiple athletes competing in multiple sprint events, we may slow the meet down to accommodate these athletes. This will be discussed at the coaches meeting.***

Trophies will be given for 1st and 2nd place teams. Ribbons will be given to top 4 in each race.

Attached are relay confirmation sheets, pole vault confirmation sheets, and roster forms. Rosters must be turned in before the meet and payment needs to match the number of people on the roster.
