3-6A Schools: Murrah, Northwest Rankin, Starkville, Madison Central

4-2A Schools: Clarksdale, Heidelberg, Newton, Philadelphia

Meet Entry Fee:  $150.00 per school.
Make Check Payable To: Madison Central Athletics and Bring Payment to Coaches Meeting on Meet Day.

Meet Admission: $5.00 for spectators

*We will need coaches from each school to run off a field event, and help officiate in other areas. Thanks in advance!!

Implement Weigh-In, 1:15-1:50PM, In front of Track Field House.

Scoring: Individual Events: 6-4-3-2-1 Relays: 6-4-2

AWARDS: - 1st , 2nd, 3rd Place Ribbons in all Events and Relays

Trophy - 1st Place Teams

The TOP 4 participants will advance to the Region meet.

Event Participation Limits & Rules:

3 Athletes per team in each individual event.

Athletes can participate in a total of 4 events only.

1 Relay team per school in each relay event.

The first heat will be the fastest heat.

All running events will be heats against time.

3 Attempts in the LJ, TJ, SP, & Discus.Then the top 6 participants will be given 3 more throws/jumps to determine who advances to the Region Meet. The TOP 4 participants will advance to the Region meet.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

1:15PM COACHES MEETING IN TRACK FIELD HOUSE BEHIND THE JUMBOTRAM.

1:15PM TO 1:50PM--IMPLEMENT WEIGH-IN AT TRACK FIELD HOUSE.

2:00AM FIELD EVENTS START

Girls Long Jump followed by Triple Jump- Pit 1

Boys Long Jump followed by Trip;e Jump- Pit 2

Boys High Jump followed by Girls

Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys

Boys Shot Put followed by Girls

Girls Discus followed by Boys

2:15 RUNNING EVENTS START



RUNNING ORDER WILL BE 2A THEN 6A GIRLS FOLLOWED BY 2A THEN 6A BOYS IN ALL RUNNING EVENTS.

3200 M Run --6A Girls- 6A Boys only

4:00PM -ALL OTHER RUNNING EVENTS WILL BEGIN (AT APPROXIMATELY AT 4:00 PM).
