This meet is full. No more teams will be allowed to enter

Meet Start Time is 3:30 with a coaches meeting at 3:00

Entry Fees: $50.00 per gender team/$100.00 per school

Payments Please mail nonrefundable checks to:George County High School Track or bring checks on the day of the meet. 

Bus parking is the lot closest to Gill Martin Stadium.



Team and Spectator seating will be located on the Home (West) side of the track. 

Tents may be put up in the grassy area along the fence behind the clerking table

Concessions will be available on the home(west) side of the track

Restroom Facilities will be available on the home side of the stadium



3200 Meters Races and the 100/110 Hurdle Races will be competed while the Field Events are being contested

You may enter up to 3 athletes in individual events and 1 team in a relay event

All running events will be ran on times with no finals

There will also be no finals on field events. Places and Scoring will be based solely on best of three attempts allowed

Field Event Check-in will take place at the field event location

Running event check in will take place with the Clerk of Course on the South end of the stadium near the starting line.

George County will provide all implements for the throwing events. Therefore there will be no implement weigh in. Please do not worry about bringing your own implements. 

The 800m, 4x800m Relay, 1600m, and 3200m will all have a waterfall start.

This year's meet will include a Throwers 4x100m relay. This is just for fun and will not be scored. I will provide a sheet for entries at the coaches meeting. The winning team will receive a box of Pizza as their prize.

Team Assignments

To help speed up the field events and relay races we are asking that at least 1 coach from each school assist our coaches in the following events. This may consist of pulling tapes, recording, judging events, replacing bars, exchange zone judging, and etc. There will also be students assisting n each of the events as well.

Order of Events

3:00 First Calls for 3:30 Field Events

3:00 Coaches Meeting

    There will be no scratches. Substitutions will be permitted in any event. However we will not change athletes             names in the computer for substitutions. Therefore the results will still show the previous athletes name.

3:30 Field Events and 3200m will begin



             Athletes may throw or jump out of order to accommodate participation in multiple events.
             In both throwing events we will follow the 2/1 format for. The thrower will throw twice on his/her first 
             attempt. The longer of the two throws will be measured. On the final attempt the thrower will throw once                   and it will also be measured if it is ruled a legal throw.
    
            Athletes competing in field events should check in at the field event

            (The pit is located on the Home (west) side of the stadium.)

             Opening Heights: Girls-6'0   Boys 8'0



3:30 Boys and Girls Long Jump will compete at the same time in different locations (Followed immediately by Boys and Girls Triple Jump)
            (Both pits are located on the Home (west) side of the stadium. Boys will jump in the pit closest to the             bleachers and girls will jump in the pit closest to the baseball field)

4:00 Boys and Girls High Jump will compete at the same time at different locations

            (Both pits are located on the North end of the stadium. Boys will jump in the pit closest to the                                  goalpost and girls will jump in the pit closest to the the 110m hurdle starting line)

            Opening Heights: Girls 4'2"   Boys 5'2"

3:30 3200 (Will be run while Field Events are being contested) (Waterfall Start)

4:00 100m/110m Hurdles (Will be run while Field Events are being contested)



All other Running Events begin as soon as the field events have ended and will be on a rolling schedule

NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED-IF YOU DO NOT ENTER ATHLETES BY THE DEADLINE THEN THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE. THE MEET WILL NOT REOPEN ONCE IT CLOSES AT 11:00PM ON TUESDAY, APRIL 2nd

Awards: 1st & 2nd place teams 

T-Shirts will be given to the 1st Place finisher of each event
