Meet Schedule and Information
10:30 Coaches' Meeting under tent near high jump area.
11:15 Start field events
1)Athletes in multiple events should check into both before the start of competition
2)High Jump and Pole Vault take precedence because the bar cannot be moved
3)Athletes will have a chance to come back to long or triple jump events so long as the competition has not ended for their flight.
4)Coaches should help athletes manage these conflicts
5) Top Four participants from each event will qualify for the State meet.
ATHLETES ARE LIMITED TO FOUR EVENTS!!! EVENTS THAT AN ATHLETE QUALIFIES
FOR IN THE SOUTH STATE MEET COUNTS TOWARD THAT ATHLETES FOUR EVENTS, IF THEY COMPETE
IN THAT EVENT OR NOT!!!
COACHES MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING
1. MHSAA TEAM
ROSTER (including all possible relay members) Fax to 601-222-1842 or email to earnestined@wcsd.k12.ms.us by noon, April 24.
2. PAYMENT CHECK or P.O. FOR $10 PER ATHLETE (payable to Tylertown High School Athletics)
3. RELAY CONFIRMATION SHEET (due by the end of the meet w/the actual team members who competed on it)
4. POLE VAULT CONFIRMATION SHEET (vaulters will not be able to compete without it)

High Jump - Girls followed by Boys
Long Jump (Pit 1) - Boys
Long Jump (Pit 2 near discus cage) - Girls
Discus (lowerfield) - Girls followed by Boys
Shotput (lower field Stand side) - Boys followed by Girls
Pole Vault (Upper Field) - Girls and Boys (may be combined)
Triple Jump (Pit 1) -Boys
Triple Jump (Pit 2 near discus cage) - Girls
