East Mississippi Cross Country Invitational at Okatibbee Lake

Schedule of events:
7:30 Coaches Meeting
8:00 Varsity Boys 5k
8:45 Varsity Girls 5k
9:30 Jr. Varsity Boys 5k
10:15 Jr. Varsity Girls 5k
10:45 Middle School Boys 4k
11:15 Middle School Girls 4K

Awards will follow immediately after the final race:
Varsity Races
1st place and 2nd place Team Trophies.
1st place Team will receive T-shirts.
Top 3 finishers in each race will receive medals.
4th - 10th finishers in each varsity race will receive t-shirts.

Jr. Varsity Races
Top 10 finishers will receive ribbons.

Middle School Race
Top 10 finishers will receive ribbons.

Teams must register using Milesplit.

Deadline to register is September 21, 2016
The fee for the meet is $100 per school
All checks will need to be made out to Meridian High School Track and Field Team.

Varsity Races are limited to 7 runners.
Jr. Varsity Races are unlimited.
